X55 manual channel option Beta firmware UK.
Are you going to be releasing a beta firmware in the UK for the manual channel change. I am desperate to have this option on the X55

Hey mate, I'm in the UK and I just upgraded my X50 V1's to the new early access firmware from here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/861624?moduleId=39
I gained the ability to chouse the Channel manually for the 2.4 and 5Ghz, so may be worthwhile to try on the X55 also. (Just be aware that you can't go back to 1.8)
I've had no problems so far.

@Adam-ITComms Thanks. I've just this second ordered the Be3600 which has the manual channel change in the latest non beta firmware. Wish I had seen your post before I did it I think mine is a v3 though.

Sorry yeah it looks like its only for V1 or V1.2
Good luck with the BE3600
I just got some BE25's to play with from ebay. I'll test it out too!
I think the only difference between the BE3600 and BE25 is the LAN port speeds (2.5Gb/s for the BE25)
At least there is only one version of the BE25 and BE3600 (So far) but the firmware numbers are different.
Actually, unless I'm a bit blind, I can't see a beta version for the BE3600 only for the BE25, so maybe they are different chipsets.
Better double check, might have to cancel the order if so.

Hi,
@Tigermad I see you have another post in the community, and you can reply to that thread if you need further assistance.
@Adam-ITComms The Deco BE3600 and BE25 are different products and use different firmware. However, both BE3600 and BE25 support the channel selection feature in their latest official firmware.
Best Regards
