Unfortunately, I need to inform you that neither the HB810 nor the Archer BE450 can form a unified mesh network with your Deco M4 units.
While TP-Link's Deco and Archer Router products both support mesh functionality individually, they are not designed to work together to form a single mesh network. These product lines, although under the same brand (TP-Link), differ in their technology and software, preventing them from interoperating in a unified mesh network.
You may still be able to use an Archer router together with your Deco system on the same network, but they won't be able to form a single, unified mesh network. In other words, there won't be any seamless roaming between the Archer Router and the Deco system.
My suggestion:
If your goal is to create a complete mesh network for your whole house, I would recommend:
• Continue using your existing Deco M4 units and add more Deco units if needed for better coverage (all Deco models are compatible with each other and can form a mesh network)
• Use either the HB810 or Archer BE450 simply as your main router/modem, and keep your Deco M4 units as the mesh system
