Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue:
Fail to configure Tapo Camera

 

If the problem remains, you can try the following steps.
  1. Ensure your router is working, and disable the special settings on it for a try, such as MAC Filtering, Firewall rules, smart connect, etc.

 

  2. Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, reconfigure the camera with a different phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if it will work fine.

 


If the steps in the article don't resolve the problem, the recommended next step is to contact your ‌local TP-Link support‌ for direct assistance
