Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20250812 rel.75732(4244)

Hi,

I'm from Bangladesh and my router model is Archer AX15(BD). The Wifi 6 or 5Ghz band works perfectly, but whenever I connect to Wifi 4 or 2.4Ghz Network, it works for a while and then shows No internet. If I restart my router, it works again. I tried tweaking all the settings(resetting, changing channel, channel width), but it always happens. I also did not find any firmware version for my specific router model in Tp-link support page. Please Help!

Hello @AH_Shawon ,

Welcome to our community.

Please try the additional steps below:

1. Check Access Control: In the web interface or Tether App, verify that your 2.4GHz devices are not accidentally included in any Parental Control profiles or blocked in Access Control settings.
2. Update Client Devices: Make sure the network adapter drivers, system, or firmware on the devices connecting to 2.4GHz are up to date.

3. Change Wireless Mode: Try 802.11n only and 802.11g/n mixed, respectively.

If possible, test the stability of the 2.4GHz connection on different routers in the same environment. Alternatively, test the AX15's 2.4 GHz connection stability across different environments.

Best Regards.
