Deco M5 App Showing Online Devices as Offline
Hello,
I have a Deco mesh network with 6 Deco M5 units and more than 80 connected devices.
This problem is very irritating and frustrating. Overall, the app works very well most of the time, but there is one major issue: several devices are always shown as “offline” in the app, even though they are actually online and working normally. This is very confusing because I cannot identify those devices correctly as online in the app.
I am currently using firmware version 1.9.4 Build 20260312 Rel. 17129 (shown in the image).
Does anyone know how to fix this issue, or is this simply a bug that TP-Link has not resolved for years?
