Hello,

 

I have a Deco mesh network with 6 Deco M5 units and more than 80 connected devices.

 

This problem is very irritating and frustrating. Overall, the app works very well most of the time, but there is one major issue: several devices are always shown as “offline” in the app, even though they are actually online and working normally. This is very confusing because I cannot identify those devices correctly as online in the app.

 

I am currently using firmware version 1.9.4 Build 20260312 Rel. 17129 (shown in the image).

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue, or is this simply a bug that TP-Link has not resolved for years?

Please confirm whether the satellite Deco nodes appear offline in the Deco app, or whether several online client devices appear offline in the Deco app. Please see if the following instructions help.

Troubleshooting for Deco Units and Connected Devices Showing Offline

If not, please refer to the instructions below to send us the Deco app log for analysis. After that, please attach your reference number (e.g., email TKIDXXX) to this thread or let us know if you have sent the app log.
How to collect the system log of the Deco app

The problem is that several online client devices appear offline in the Deco app. The logs have already been sent.
