No internet, new connection
Deco AX3000, I have followed the prompts in set up and keep getting to a point of no internet, I have tried all three nodes for set up now. Switched of and reset many times and at each reset, removed the network from the app to start fresh.
Connecting directly to ONT which does not have a wan port, only 4 Lan Ports, LED lights for power, Pon & Lan 1 are green. Do not have a computer with ethernet port to check internet stability directly.
Tried both, the provided ethernet lead and previous lead I have, from Lan 1 to all three ports in each of the Deco units. Successful set ups (in app) but no internet each time. Have contacted my ISP - the settings I'm using are correct (dynamic).
