To better understand your request, could you please confirm whether you would like to unlink the camera’s alarm from Alexa?

Once Alexa is unlinked, the camera’s alarm and notifications will continue to work through the Tapo app on your iPhone, provided that notifications are enabled in both the app and the iOS system settings: Notifications: How to Set Up and Manage Tapo & Kasa Alerts in the Tapo App
