Hi

I have recently added some BE3600 wifi 7 nodes to my setup to replace the X50 wifi 6 ones.  I am keeping the X50-DSL and have connected 1 of the new nodes to it via ethernet.  how do i set the BE3600 as the main wifi signal and other satelittes that i might keep as wifi 6?  do i turn off the router wifi, if so, how on earth do i do it?

i think i need to create a new network, but it turns everything off.

so, my map is:

X50-DSL - phone line plugged in, internet access.

ethernet to BE3600 node

3 other BE3600 nodes in the mesh.

1 X50 node left attached.

Hi,
In your network diagram, the Deco X50-DSL must be the main Deco connected to the phone line to access the internet. When the Deco BE3600 is wired to the X50-DSL, it's unable to create a new Deco network for the Deco BE3600 nodes, and when these Deco nodes are in the same network, it's unable to turn off the Wi-Fi only on a specific Deco unit.

If you want to connect a Deco BE3600 to another BE3600, the following instructions may help.
Connection Preference on the Deco App: Set Your Signal Source

Best Regards
