Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.2. Build 20170725 Rel. 00000

Although i have updated the firmware regularly it seems to me that the Main Unit went into a reset and lost the firmware updates at all.

The latest update 1.9.1. Build 20250909 Rel. 37570 is on a satellite unit also M5 and the other one is on 1.7.8. Build 20240719 Rel. 70981. The last one was switched off during the last firmware update to 1.9.1.

The standard procedure to get the firmware update runs into a failure.

What can i do to solve this issue?

Best regards

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to update the Deco's firmware.
What should I do if I failed to update my Deco?

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the hardware version of your Deco M5?

  2. Please list the troubleshooting you did.

Best Regards
