No wireless internet.
No wireless internet.
No matter what I try, I suddenly lost wireless internet on all my devices (phones and laptop). There’s no internet access over Wi-Fi at all, but the connection works perfectly through LAN. Wi-Fi also works fine through an access point that’s connected to the router via LAN.
I bought this router a few days ago, and since then I’ve been experiencing random disconnects for no apparent reason.
I already tried changing the DNS (currently using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), setting a static IP, rebooting the router multiple times, and even unplugging it completely for 30 seconds before powering it back on, but nothing fixed the issue.
I also tested with Smart Connect enabled and disabled, and tried both Auto channel selection and manually setting channel 11, but the issue still persists.
I’d really appreciate any help.

Yes, my current router firmware is 1.6.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 250909 Rel.35514n
My AP model is TL-WA1201 3.0 and its firmware version is 1.10.33 Build 240115 Rel.65252n(4555).
My extender model is TL-WA850RE 7.0 and its firmware version is 1.0.12 Build 221109 Rel.31477n(6985).
Current network topology:
ISP line via RJ11 — Archer VR400
— Computer (wired)
— TL-WA1201 AP (wired)
— Laptop using Pi-hole (wired)
— Samsung TV (wired)
TL-WA1201 AP )))((( TL-WA850RE Extender )))((( wireless client devices
I do not use a separate ISP modem. The RJ11 cable is connected directly to the Archer VR400.
I also tried unplugging the Pi-hole device completely in case it was causing the issue, but the problem still remained.
Meanwhile, the internet works perfectly fine through both the AP and the extender with piHole plugged. The issue only happens on the Archer VR400 wireless network itself.

Hello @DevDeadly ,
Thanks for your reply.
Based on this, it appears that the modem's wireless connection is unstable, whereas the wired connection remains relatively stable—particularly the connection at the AP end, which has remained consistently stable.
We recommend that you contact Local Support for further assistance.
