Hi, I have a 4 c240 cameras,hub etc, all works well, however 1 battery flashes orange and green despite being on charge overnight. The other batteries go from orange to green after several hours on chthanksarge. This particular battery is around 2 years old, been regularly charged when it drops to 15% and used to charge OK. Any ideas before it goes in the bin and I find a replacement.
LED blinking red and green means the camera is ready for pairing. Did you accidentally reset it?
To make it work again, you will need to reconfigure it in the app -- add a new device and pair it to your Tapo hub.
