The bell is flashing Red and Green but no option for this in the instructions ?

Hi, 
What's the model number and hardware version of your Deco product? You can refer to the instructions below to find the hardware and model on the bottom label.
How to Find the Hardware Version on Your TP-Link Device
 

Usually, after pressing the reset button on the Deco for 1 second, the Deco will perform a factory reset.
