Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 251231 Rel.54154n

I've got the MR600 v5 connected to EE, here in the UK, with an external antenna ( high gain ), provided by a company called Blackspot Networks.

At present, I've got the antenna located on a window sill, pointing out through the glass, but plan to mount it externally on a pole pointing towards the nearest cell tower.

I've been tinkering with various settings, including Network Mode ( 4G vs. 4G Preferred ) and Band ( Auto vs. manually selected bands e.g. 3, 8, 20 etc. ).

At present, with both Network Mode set to 4G Preferred and Band set to Auto, I'm getting Carrier Aggregation ( 3,3 ) with 40+ Mb/s down ( according to Google's Speed Test ) and ~35 Mb/s down ( according to AAISP LibreSpeed ).

At present, I'm typically getting Signal Strength of 25% - 50% depending upon luck, atmospheric conditions, tree foliage etc. because I don't have a clear line of sight to the cell tower.

And thus to the question ...

When CA is working, and I'm seeing two bands e.g. 3,3, how can I determine the PCI and EARFCN values ?

Looking at the Advanced Status page: -

Advanced Status

they're showing as 0.

However, when the router flips back to a single Band ( 3 ), I can see both: -

Advanced Status Page - no CA

Now, between taking those two screenshots, nothing changed apart from CA chose to dis-enable itself.

I'm assuming that Three publishes the tower details ( PCI, EARFCN )

Apart from that, any way to determine the right values when CA is working ?

Thanks again, Dave
