Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 20251222 Rel. 45343

Hello,

I have a Deco X10 (3-pack) mesh system. Occasionally, a network appears in my iPhone's Wi-Fi settings. This isn't a problem as such, but more a query as to why this happens as I haven't seen it happen on other Wi-Fi networks. It appears that it could be a network with a hidden name, but that isn't turned on in the Deco's settings. I have tried rebooting both the Deco network and my phone, but this doesn't change anything. Sometimes the network goes away for a while and then comes back.

I've attached a screenshot below.

Many thanks!

  @Grimmers

Hi,
The Wi-Fi network without a name doesn't seem to come from the Deco unit. It may be a Wi-Fi network from your other devices or your neighbor. When that empty Wi-Fi network appears on your iPhone, you can turn off the 3 Deco nodes and check if that Wi-Fi network still appears on your iPhone.
Best Regards

  @Solla-topee thank you. After powering all of the Decos off, the network disappeared. I have now powered them all back on and now the blank network has gone, I will keep you posted.
