On the download page it says XX530v(IN)_v1.8_0.7.0_3.0.0 Build 250606 but after downloading it has US in the name instead of IN is it ok to proceed.

XX530v(US)_v1.8_0.7.0_3.0.0 Build 250606.bin.zip
If that is the case, I assume both the IN and US versions share the same firmware compatibility.
As a result, it is OK to upgrade it on your device.
