Firmware Version: 5.4

Hello, my bluetooth shows up on PC but neither my headphones nor my phone can connect to said bluetooth. I can't find my PC on my phone, either. My headphones connect perfectly fine on other devices. I tried everything - reinstalling drivers, installing drivers on tp-link website, uninstalling them, updating my pc, turning Bluetooth on and off, restarting pc, changing usb ports. I think I either got a broken item or this thing no longer works because I have tried everything under the sun..

Hello @CovenElf ,

Welcome to our community.

Here are a few additional steps that may help:
1. Make sure your Bluetooth devices are set to discoverable mode. Some devices require you to manually enable pairing/discovery mode (e.g., holding a button until an LED flashes).
2. Remove previously paired devices. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers, find any devices previously connected to your Bluetooth adapter, right-click on them, and select Remove device. Then try pairing fresh.
3. Disable and re-enable the adapter in Device Manager. Open Device Manager, find your Bluetooth adapter, right-click it, select Disable device, wait a few seconds, then Enable device again (alternatively, unplug and reinsert the USB adapter).
4. Check for any new Windows system updates that may include Bluetooth stack fixes.

Best Regards.

Yeah, well.. 1) Already did that, my headphones are in discovery mode and nothing is happening, my devices are not visible in Add device window 2) My pc has never had Bluetooth before, hence why I bought your thing to add Bluetooth to it............ 3) I did that and it did not help 4) Already stated that I performed all of the Windows updates I'm starting to believe that this product is faulty
