BE550 Freezing / locks up / Stops responding
I just purchased a BE550 Pro.
During initial setup, it auto-updated to firmware 1.1.1
At the moment, there are only IoT devices and cell phones the BE550 Pro is communicating with in the household.
The issue i'm experiencing is over the period of a few hours, I lose all response to/from the BE550 Pro.
I'll reboot the router, but over the period of few a hours or less I'll slowly lose response from BE550 Pro.
It seem like once the cell phones leave the household, Tether App loses communication with the router, but I'll still have communication with IoT devices for while. Eventually, I lose communication with all IoT devices outside of the household.
When I return back to the household, cell phones see SSIDs but can't connect.
I go look at the router, and the LED pattern on the front indicates everything is 'ok'.
At this point, I can only assume the router is frozen/locked-up and I have to cycle the power on router to gain any response.
I've factory reset a handful of time
I'm looking for guidance for path forward.
I've read there is BETA firmware available, but I don't believe this issue is applies to scenarios posted in the community.
