We have constant dropouts on our sky pucks mostly when watching in 4k with Dolby atmos but also on  HD surround sound since we moved to mesh. Tv programmes via  Smart tvs cope with no problems and  we know we have no wifi issues. Sky say it's a wifi issue .. anyone help with some suggestions as to what we can do to resolve. Currently permanent  hard wire not an option although we do know that when hardwired we don't have issues as we've run a long cable to test.

Hi, 
Do you have the Sky Q box and Sky Q mini box connected to the Deco network, and are they experiencing an unstable connection? If so, please refer to Part 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
  1. Please describe your Deco network diagram, and check the Deco node's firmware and hardware version.
  2. Which Wi-Fi band do your Sky devices connect to?
  3. When the Sky devices drop connection, are they connected to the Deco's Wi-Fi but no internet, or are they disconnected from Deco's Wi-Fi? If they are connected to the Deco's Wi-Fi but have no internet, what are their IP addresses?
  4. How do you restore the connection on the Sky devices?
