Model: EB810v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: aginet

Hello, I want to connect a EB810V as a satellite router to my mesh network, which I've set up with a BE550 as the main router, using Ethernet backhaul (unfortunately, I have to do it this way for now). I'm setting up the mesh network, but the EB810V only joins the mesh network on the 5GHz band; it creates its own separate network on the 6GHz band. How can I solve this? Thanks for your help

Hello @ahmetakkoc133 ,

May I know the hardware and firmware versions of your BE550 and EB810v?

Since the EB810V is creating a separate 6GHz network rather than extending it through the mesh, this could mean that the specific combination of BE550 and EB810V does not yet support 6GHz extension, possibly pending a firmware update.
