Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.12 Build 20260128

Since the new Firmware the HDMI Output does Not Work anymore in combination with a HDMI splitter. Before ist worked.Can you fix this in a new Update ? Ist Like the HDMI Port shuts down because it does Not recognize the HDMI splitter. before ist also die Not recognize ist but still Had HDMI output

 Yes it works without splitter. So I bought a new HDMI splitter with DIP switches and it works again. For me its fixed... but it would good If there would be an option to downgrade the FW.

However, I should clarify that the Tapo H500 has not been specifically tested or adapted for use with splitters or extenders, so we cannot guarantee compatibility or performance in those setups. That said, I will pass your specific situation along to our relevant team for their awareness.

 

As for your need to downgrade the firmware, this is not supported—not just for the hub, but for other Tapo devices as well.
