after installing the TX201 network card my pc doesnt go any further then a blackscreen and never shows windows login screen.
Yes, I've installed latest network drivers, windows is up to date and so on...

 

Why does it start when i restart my pc 3 times? then i can go into windows and do whatever i want.

I disabled the onboard LAN, I've permitted windows to keep the TX201 on at all times..

 

What can be the problem? because only after restarting the pc 3 times, windows does start and I can do what I want and speed is good also.

Please attempt the following comparative testing steps:

  1. With the TX201 removed,  does the PC restart normally?
  2. With the TX201 installed, does the screen remain black upon startup—specifically, does the motherboard's logo fail to appear—and are you able to access the BIOS (by pressing F10)?
  3. Swap Network Cards: Obtain a different PCIe network card and install it in your HP PC. Test whether the black screen issue persists.
  4. Swap Computers: Install the TX201 card into a different desktop computer. Check whether the black screen issue occurs on that machine as well.
