Has this router been provided to you by your ISP ? If that's the case, contact them about this issue and ask for a FW update.

Any other devices on your network that can offer a DHCP service besides your ex520 ?

@terziyski  Yes provided by ISP. After contacting tech support they have reported that the same issue have been occured on several other devices. Support assumes this is due to automatic FW update turned on by default on device. Now trying find a way to downgrade FW .

Stay in touch with them, because they have to provide a solution in this case — a FW downgrade procedure or a new FW fix.

Any official recomended source to download ad upgrade or downgrade current firmware? Waiting for tech support may take a lot of time, also they recommend HW change.

Well, that's the issue. This router model is an ISP provided device and it's not supported by the community, hence a FW to download, would be almost impossible to find.

You have to wait for them to resolve the issue. In fact, they probably could provide you another router, which FW is not updated yet or another router model instead.
