Hi, welcome to the community.

If you can't connect to the M7000's Wi-Fi after factory resetting it, please confirm the following information:
  1. What's the LED status on the M7000?
  2. Does the M7000 broadcast the default SSID: TP-Link_XXXX?
  3. Have you tried to connect the M7000's Wi-Fi on different client devices? Are they unable to connect to the M7000's Wi-Fi?

Best Regards

I tried connecting it to different devices, after factory reset lights didn't change.

And I tried connecting to the default router name but it didn't work.

It didn't even show up

Hi,
You may not have successfully reset the M7000 if you can't see the default SSID after factory resetting it. Please refer to the instructions below to perform a factory reset on the M7000 again. If the same phenomenon persists, please contact your retailer or the technical support team to check whether your device is under warranty.
