Phenomenon:

We have received reports that when a Game Controller (such as PSVR2 controllers) is connected via a Bluetooth adapter, it may fail to reconnect to the computer after either the computer or the Game Controller wakes from sleep mode.

 

 

Available Solution:

Thank you for your continued patience and support. We are pleased to inform you that our R&D team has released a driver update to address this anomaly. If you have encountered this unexpected behavior, please download and install the latest driver, which should resolve it.

  @Joseph-TP Thanks for sharing this solution. I updated the driver and the Bluetooth reconnection issue after sleep seems to be fixed on my setup. The installation was straightforward, and my controller now reconnects properly after waking up. Appreciate the update and support from the team. uk777

  @Joseph-TP Bluetooth controller issues after sleep mode can be frustrating, especially when reconnect fails repeatedly. Updating the latest driver seems like the best solution to fix this connectivity problem. Proper installation and system updates are very important for stable performance.
