We have received reports that when a Game Controller (such as PSVR2 controllers) is connected via a Bluetooth adapter, it may fail to reconnect to the computer after either the computer or the Game Controller wakes from sleep mode.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. We are pleased to inform you that our R&D team has released a driver update to address this anomaly. If you have encountered this unexpected behavior, please download and install the latest driver, which should resolve it.

Implementing automatic driver updates requires coordination between Realtek and Microsoft to synchronize the updates with the Windows system. At present, we cannot confirm when this will be available. We recommend that you continue using the beta driver to ensure stable performance.
