Hi All,

 

As part of my troubleshooting an issue with my H500 hub intermittently losing WiFi connecion, I tried a complete hard reset of my H500 hub.

Unfortunately this also caused my temperature sensor to reset and I lost about 12 months of outdoor temperature monitoring. :(

 

know that it is possible to migrate temperature sensors between different Tapo hubs.

 

Is there also a way for me to recover and restore my T310 Temperature records?

Unfortunately this cannot be recovered. The sensor data are saved to the hub, they are gone after the hub has been factory reset.

I thought that the Tapo advertising says that the temperature sensors get "2 years of cloud data logging" as per the info here:

https://www.tapo.com/en/product/smart-sensor/tapo-t315/

 

So is there a way to recover this seeing as I have onboarded the temperature sensor, back onto the same hub, using my same Tapo account e-mail address login?
