Connection access point
Connects to self and other units connects to internet but no DNS .
Doesn't seems not to resolve DNS like it's been blacklisted I don't use Google in fact Google is blocked on my system so use different DNS settings my ethernet works with th settings great but WiFi on mesh doesn't cannot see reason mesh picks correct settings from DHCP but will not work?
Any help finding reason to link mesh Will not access internet would be appreciated.

The mesh deco system is just an wifi Access point for main router.
The router is Connected to first deco and as stated and seen they are connected to internet so they are receiving connection to internet through ethernet.
But not allowing access to internet services through WiFi.
Probably due to DNS as stated earlier the settings for access point on deco is very limited so hard to get it wrong it's like the mesh WiFi is blocked the DNS or not accessing DNS .
But my system works fine but for the WiFi.
The tplink doesn't appear accessing the DNS but my router will?
Why , what is the difference?

@Andrew5 You can use ISP default DNS or Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 on your ISP router.

Local connections are ok I have device connected to one mesh upstairs in bedroom by ethernet and it works only WiFi connections don't.
Doesn't make any sense that my router and everything connected works it only has problems with mesh WiFi!
It sees the DNS server address on mesh system should use it .
Does tplink allow all DNS servers to be used or are some blocked?

Connected laptop to second ethernet port and turned off WiFi and connected to internet and accessed sites no problem just WiFi no connecting.
But been reading that home shield access my system even though not turned on could they be problem as it's none standard DNS server which it might consider a threat and block it with out my knowledge or acceptance?

When Deco works in AP mode, the HomeShield feature does not work.
You mentioned that the laptop has internet when connecting to the main Deco via Ethernet cable. Please confirm the laptop's IP address and DNS server when the wired connection works.
How to find your IP address on Windows OS
When the laptop disconnects from the wired connection and enables Wi-Fi, after it connects to the Deco's Wi-Fi, what are the IP address and DNS server?

When connected to laptop with ethernet to main mesh works with DNS no problem.
But when tried connecting with phone over WiFi didn't work but did a search for DNS on Android phone and there is a setting to allow encryption on DNS if supported by server auto when I turned this off it worked and as the app for the deco is on my phone this appears to have been the problem why don't know but it seems to have fixed it.
