Model: Tapo C560WS
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.8

Using Android 3.18.506 I get "Video already downloaded", but cannot find it on the phone with Windows 10 Explorer.

Shared storage\Android\data\com.tplink.iot\files\memory folder is empty.
Shared storage\Android\data\com.tplink.iot\files\memory\tmp folder is empty.
Shared storage\DCIM\Tapo folder is empty.

How do I delete references so that the video can be downloaded again?

The videos you’ve already downloaded are in the Download tab of the camera’s Playback & Download page. Try deleting them from there and see if that clears the error. How to Download/Delete Videos from Your Tapo Camera or Doorbell

Thanks.
Problem is that I cannot find it anywhere, have downloaded the whole Internal storage from the phone and searched for .mp4's. None.

How can I reset the references so that the video can be downloaded again.

Have you checked your Tapo app? In the Tapo app, open the camera's liveview page, go to Playback & Download, then click the Download tab. Anything in the Download page?
