Hi. I have a D235 battery doorbell with a sim card and cloud subscription. Activities are recoded ok on both sim and cloud. Hovever, from around 6pm to 8am none are made. The bell is set to record day and night. WIFI in the house is solid and consistent at any time of the day. I've performed a factory reset. Tapo helpline initially helpful, but contact resulted in an email suggesting range sttings and did not address my problem Can anyone help? Thanks.
