Have had Deco two days and whilst it is brilliant on stability and speed a strange occurrence has occurred on two seperate iPads connected to Deco.

Both iPads are using Goggle Maps and on opening the App the 'your location' is shown as 

 

"Based on your current network connection, your approximate location is Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia."

 

Whereas both iPads are located in UK

 

how can this happen and be corrected?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.

 

  1. Have you inserted a SIM card into the Deco for internet connection? If so, who is your SIM card provider? Is it based on the UK?
  2. Have you configured the VPN server/client on the Deco X50-5G?
  3. If you connect your iPad to another Wi-Fi network, such as the hotspot Wi-Fi from your phone, does it display the correct location on Google Maps?
