If you're experiencing battery charging issues, follow the steps below:

    1. Ensure the camera is properly connected to the original adapter for charging.

    2. Check that the battery is correctly inserted.

    3. Try another adapter or battery (if available and possible).

    4. Reboot the camera:

      c. For Tapo C400/C410/C425/C465: Press and hold both the reset and power button for 5s, release the power button first, then reset button.

    5. Factory reset the camera, refer to: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods

 If the problem persists, contact our customer service team​​​​​​​ and provide the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
