Thank you for your question. Currently, only some Tapo camera models support deleting videos directly from the SD card via the Tapo App. For other models, this feature will be gradually introduced in future firmware updates. Please refer to this FAQ: How to Download/Delete Videos from Your Tapo Camera or Doorbell

To check if your camera already supports this feature, please first ensure that your camera’s firmware is updated to the latest version in the Tapo App settings. If the latest firmware for your model does not yet include this deletion function, we kindly ask for your patience as we continue to roll out updates.

As an immediate workaround, you can remove the SD card and delete the videos on a computer, then reinsert the card into the camera for continued use.
