Hardware Version : v1 00000000

Firmware Version : 0.8.0 0.21 v002f.0 Build 151105 Rel.35502n

when I try to play a voice mail message (no matter which one) via the routers web interface, I'm getting a 404 File not found error.
I think I've already updated to the newest firmware but the problem still persists. My Hardware revision and firmware version is:

Archer VR200v v1 00000000
0.8.0 0.21 v002f.0 Build 151105 Rel.35502n

The failing URL resp. the URL displayed when the error occurs looks like this:
http://192.168.1.1/voicemail/record/+49123456789_+49123456789_2016-02-25 20.59'04''.wav?undefined=1_1456433944

Do you know whats going wrong here? How can we analyze and fix this?

Since there has been no answer here for two week, I gave the support a ring today.
And guess what... "have you tried to turn it off and on again?" ;) Not exactly but close...
The guy on the phone asked me to do a factory reset und flash the newest firmware (again).
So I did:
- a backup of my settings
- factory reset
- flashed the newest firmware
- factory reset
- tried to restore my settings (restore failed, reentered my settings manually)

But no luck, the problem persists. I thought perhaps its a "regression" and tried the previous firmware (0.8.0 0.19) but again no luck. And so it was after reflashing the 0.8.0 0.21 firmware again.
Any suggestions?

Today the support sent me a beta firmware which solved the problem.
