It's jumping timezones on laptop 20x per day because of an NTP bug

Generally, you can refer to the instructions below to check or change the time zone on the Deco. 
How to change Time settings on TP-Link Deco
 

What's your time zone? Does the Deco have the correct time and time zone settings? If not, please send us a screenshot showing Deco's time and time zone settings, and what's the correct time on your device?
