Error code: 90404 / File not found -- firmware restoring / upload

Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201230 Rel.32867n
After removing all SMS from the router, appeared error information: "Error code: 90404 / File not found".
I can login to the router with password but after login there is only error message.
Rebooting and resetting doesn't help.
I though that I can reset or restore firmware with 'Tether' application, but it says that firmware is fine and I cannot do anything.
How to fix it?
