MR200 IPSEC VPN Will Not Passthough

My MR200 is great except it wont passthrough the IPSEC traffic of my Cisco VPN or VPN Unlimited clients on different machines.
I have updated the firmware via the web but no change.
Looking around this problem seems to have been around for a while, I can't understand why TP-Link haven't fixed this.
Firmware Version:0.9.1 0.0 v004a.0 Build 160412 Rel.38588n
Hardware Version:Archer MR200 v1 00000001

Can someone tell me how I can downgrade the firmware to 160706 version to make the IP SEC work? I downloaded the firmware then go to Advance Settings > System Tools > Firmware Upgrade then selected the .bin file and hit the upgrade button, the progress bar will continue until completion and eventually show an error code:4503 The uploaded file was not accepted.
