calls being hung up on ur technical support number

Hi, I had given a call 1000s of times on ur tech help desk and hardly ever its been answered,.,.,.,.it happend only thrice that my call was answered and non of them had any technical knowledge i had asked them that according to the specs of the modem 8151 and 8961 it supports annex m and as soon as i switch on to annex m the modem stops syncing adsl.,.,.,., the light doesnt even blink and i had requested them if they r un-aware dont hang up atleast................bt all of them did the same!!!
and kindly let me know when do i get a call bck coz when my call is being cutt stating give a miss call on this number as all our tech people r busy....i never recieve a call bck...
is it something u r hiding that u urself dont know any thing technically???
