We bought TP-LINK TL-WPA4220KIT AV500 to extend the wifi from the front of our flat to the back.

The SSID has been cloned and the setup works for my android phone and laptop but my wife's iPhone struggles with accessing the internet. We can connect it to the wifi from the extender but only a solitary page will load before it all grinds to a halt. Her phone works fine when connecting to the wifi from our Virgin Medial superhub.

I can see the phone connection to the wifi network through the extender when I log onto the superhub and I've played around with a few of the settings such as the channel and security levels but no luck. Any thoughts about what to do next?
