Hello,

I have a TP Link W8968
Often at my first connexion in the morning, I have a connexion, LEDs OK, ping OK, but my browser only shows totally blank page !
And it is the same with other PC or smartphone.

So I reboot the modem, but if I wait only 1, 2, 5, 10min before turning on again, it won't work and I will still get totally white page !
It works only if I wait about 20 min before turning on the modem again.

Then it will be good all day.

I contacted my Internet provider, imagining a DNS problem on their server, and despite the connexion, I couldn't get any page.
But they said connexion was OK and I had to check or change my modem.

What can I do to check my modem ?
Thank you

But I had no answers.

Now things are worse, I never get any page dowloaded even after overnight rebootings !
At first, at rebooting "soft" from my pc, it restarted immediatly, but now hard or soft reboot have no effects.

I tried a few things :
- netsh winsock reset from cmd
- changing DNS to google, open DNS or FDN ones in my pc then in the router
- changing to auto detect proxy in my pc
but always same problem

But only Facebook pages dowload ok !

Anyone can help ?

Hi Tony, better to initiate a ticket to TP-Link support for the issue. http://www.tp-link.com/en/support-contact.html#E-mail-Support
