VR2800 and VoIP issue
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I recently upgraded from a VG3631 to the VR2800. With the VG3631 I had VoIP setup and working fine these past couple of years. With the VR2800 I added an OBI202 ATA so I could continue to use VoIP.
The issue is I can make calls out OK from the attached Uniden handset, but I can't call in.
The SIP packets never make it past the VR2800 to the ATA. Thinking it might be an ATA issue, I attached an old Linksys Sipura in place of the OBI. Same thing, can call out but not call in.
I tried disabling the SIP ALG, as was suggested by others, but didn't help. Set up ATA as DMZ, still no dice. Setup port forwarding for 5060-5070 UDP/TCP to the the ATA's static IP, again, no enchilada.
Revert back to using the VG3631 with inbuilt VoIP, and bingo, all working again. So, can someone help me out here please, as I've wasted too many hours already on this.
Thanks
