TL-WN821N cannot find TP Link Wlan Repeater

Hi guys, i have bougth an TL-WN821N wireless USB adapter. It works well with any other wireless network. That means the usb adapter can find my smartphone wifi, my FritzBox wifi, and any other wifi. But the wifi from his same make wifi repeater (TP Link av600 wifi) he cannot find. So the wifi stick works. the repeater works fine too (my iphone and my laptop does find the repeater wifi quick and easy). But the tp-link stick and the tp-link repeater....NO... In my windows 7 network options the av600 wifi is not shown. only any other wifi. Could you help me with that? kind regards Danny
