Model: Archer VR600v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.6.0 0.9.1 v0058.0 Build 180507 Rel.38068n

Hi together,

i can't access to my vu+-receiver from internet.

I configured virtual server in this way:

Interface name: pppoe_1_32_o_d

Service name: http

external Port: 1101

internal IP: 192.168.178.2

internal port: 80

protocol: TCP

I' m using an xxx.ddns.net adress. This adress is working! From my internal network i can access to my webif interface with xxx.ddns.net:1101 but not from the internet.

What's wrong with my configuration ?

Sincerely yours,

Thomas

Hi,

What is the current internet IP address of the main router?

What is the  vu+-receiver? Did you open port 80 for it to access it remotely?

How did you access it remotely? Is there any error message? If possible, please show us a picture of it.

And in external network, try to access it via WAN IP and port number.

Or use telnet command to give it a go. Go to run—cmd—telnet wan ip port number.

Note: Please show us the pictures of test results.

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.
