Hello

MR600/AC1200 not available as model type

Unable to view real 4G data usage using router interface (Android + WEB), they are never updated. I've tried correcting intial usage via network / data settings / mothly used to no avail. Very annoying, I have to check my ISP.

Thanks

@PhilGoodToo

Hello, Archer MR600 is selectable on the model number field, you can enter Archer MR600/MR600 to match it automatically.

Back to your case, could you please show us a screenshot of the basic-network map page and the advanced-status page.

Does the data value update with the use of the traffic?

Try to reboot the router to give it a go; meanwhile, you can verify whether there is another way to get the traffic usage from ISP.

Good day.

@PhilGoodToo

Thanks for your reply.

From the pictures attached, the data usage is the same on both network map page and status page.

Does it show up the accurate/real data left value and total data bandwidth?

If not, how do you know that? Have you confirmed it with your ISP?

Try to unplug the sim card and plug it back.

Besides, try to use the sim card on your phone to do a comparison test.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z tried some card tricks, doesn't help. Works fine in a phone. Attached usage from my isp website (approx 3 gb used before plugin the Sim in router, was previously used for a smartwatch)
