Model: Archer C9
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20171215

hi, I have set up the router earlier and it was working fine. I was able to log into console via "http://192.168.0.1". But since it did not have RJ12 port, hence had to use my n/w providers' router as the primary. And had to use the WAN of the Archer which is the secondary & house wifi. Now default Gateway is http://192.168.1.1 and there is no issue  with internet.  But cannot login to console via the desktop using "http://192.168.1.1". It does not throw an error just does not get logged in. It shows the landing page but cannot log in. But if i log via my phone's browser I can login. Firewall is disabled. Please help!

@LMY

To access the web UI of the Archer C9, please ensure that you have connected your computer or smart phone to the C9.

Then please click here to verify the IP address and gateway and confirm that the IP is the same subnet as the C9, which is 192.168.1.x, and the gateway should 192.168.1.1.

Besides, you can login to the web UI with the domain name, which is tplinkwifi.net.

And you can disconnect the primary router and C9, connect the computer to the C9 ONLY to access the web UI.

May it help and have a nice day.
