hi my router tp link TD-W8960N made a new open wifi network for its own

i restored an disabled wifi but the new wifi is still up

any help please

The TD-W8960N supports guest network, try to access the web UI and go to Guest network-basic page to verify whether it has been enabled.

 

Besides, you can hard reset the router by holding the reset button/hole for 10s to give it a shot.
