Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20191203 rel.80781

Hello,

I am trying to add a range of ports to forward to a device on my network but it seems the amount of ports you can add is limited.  I am unsing a beta firware given by uour support team to resolve a wifi disconnection issue (1.0.7 Build 20191203 rel.80781).  Am I doing something wrong?

I am trying to forward these ports:

TCP Ports: 1024-1124,1935,3216,3478-3480,9960-9969,18000,18060,18120,27900,28910,29900
UDP Ports:

1024-1124,3074,3478-3479,18000,29900,37000-40000

Please let me know how I may accomplish this.

Thank you,

Corio

Hello Corio, the Archer AX6000 supports up to 32 entries for port forwarding. May I know is there any error message when you failed to open all the ports listed? Please show us a screenshot as well. Thanks a lot.

@Kevin_Z

Hi so basically I'm triying to forward ports to a device on my network and if I try yo put all of the port pairings it requires the box you enter them into on the 'port triggering' menu won't allow that many entries.  Not sure if I am typing them wrong or something but I would recommend loading up the beta firmware on an AX6000 and trying to add the ports I specified into it to see what I am talking about if that'sa possible. Or you can walk me through how I should enter these into the AX6000 to forward it to a device on my network.

TCP Ports: 1024-1124,1935,3216,3478-3480,9960-9969,18000,18060,18120,27900,28910,29900
UDP Ports: 1024-1124,3074,3478-3479,18000,29900,37000-40000

The device on my network is 10.0.14.168

THanks Kevin,

Manny

I can be reached by phone as well.
