WPA7510 Kit

I expected to be able to buy another receiver (PA7010) for this starter kit but I cannot find one anywhere. Only kits are available.  In desperation I have bought a different item, TL- PA1000 of which I cannot find any reference anywhere on the internet, like it doesn't exist.  I bought it from Aliexpress and the setup mini CD is all in chinese language so impossible to understand.

Does anyone know if this device can co-habit with WPA7510 ? or have I wasted my money ?  Any help will be much appreciated.
