putting the sim sun on another router I display the messages, the problem that on the archer mr600 router I do not read the messages do not appear but gives the number of messages arrived i.e. 3 however if I click to see them it does not show them to me

@Manuele They've known about this at least 5 months, had beta software with a few people for most of that time but seem to have no interest in ever updating the firmware to fix this and other problems (slowdowns, losing connection, missing cat6 support, regular failure with SIP connections and more).

 

If you're still in the returns window, return your MR600, it's beginning to look like an abandonned product. Probably why Amazon are clearing them out massively reduced.

apart from the messages that are not read the archer router mr600 is fine, i use it in 4g + and it goes to god, i hope they release a firmware update, i bought it in italy at the mediword paid it 149.00 euros

About unseen messages:

I bougth an Archer MR600 spring 2020.

Also got annoyed when messages didn't show up - my ISP sends me textmessages about my account's status now and then.

(Having a pay first - and surf then -account it sometimes can be frustrating not seeing them.)

However, the ISP continued sending sms's - and now I finally can see them.

 

The Basic section reported 24 messeages, my inbox shows 8 as now.

The first 3 pages of the inbox content is still blank (numbered 2, 3 and 4).

 

I hope it's working as is now, maybe TP-Link has fixed it without me noticing it.

If you think you can afford some messages to yourself, perhaps it's worth trying sending some.

 

Otherwise, my Archer MR600 works just fine. It's much more convinient than my earlier modems.

(I use ethernet (wire) to connect to it).

Same problem here. 3 new messages and the tabel with the list of messages is empty.

 

With latest official or beta it's the same.

This is something that should have been sorted by now, and i would recomend all with the issue to voice their concerns once more as there is a fix that was released with a beta firmware and after all this time it should now be officially released for all.

I have this same problem, tried different browsers.

 

Just updated to the latest firmware and still the same. Firmware Version:1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n 

messages are there and counted but just not displayed.

small irritating issue, but the rest of the router function works beautifully.

I have the same problem with every firmware.

The problem is an old problem. The same problem is reported in more forum and the TP-LINK user for the reply is ever Kevin.
