Hi

 

I wandered if anyone could help. I'm trying to install my RE 200 which goes fine using the app till the end as when I try to connect to my extended network it says that the internet isn't available. My router is a plusnet one if that's of any help.

 

Hope someone can help.

What is the led status of RE200 now? 

 

Try to log into the web UI and show us some screenshots, including the Status page and the settings-network page. 

 

Besides, what is the model number of the main router? Please ensure that the firmware of RE200 is up to date.
